How do I decide which questions to ask?

Our Questionnaire and Interview will help you focus on specific targets. Don’t worry if you can’t clearly identity and write out your questions. This is common. We will assist you in this area, and we don’t create the survey until you’re confident the survey questions you’ve given us are what you need to make decisions and grow your practice.

How long does this take? (PSS Practice Survey)

This one is tough to answer… Once we receive your completed Questionnaire and the Interview is complete, we assign your Survey for a production date - which is typically within two or three weeks. Immediately following proofing, production and assembly of the Survey, it is expressed mailed to your office where you address and mail the Survey Envelopes (Remember that all postage is already paid). When you mail the Survey Envelopes, you will also mail a special post-card (prepared and provided by PSS). This post-card arrives at our mailbox on approximately the same day as the Survey Envelopes arrive at the homes of the survey participants. We begin a 45 day clock from the date we receive this special post-card. Our experience has shown that the majority of surveys arrive within ten days; however some still trickle in over the next five week period. We assemble and prepare the survey results into a comprehensive report. We plan to have this report arrive at your office approximately 2 months after you mail the Survey Envelopes.

Why should I pay to get information I can probably get myself?

We encourage you to review the pages within this web site; specifically:
“Why Survey”,
“Who Should Survey?”
“Why PSS?”, and
“How to Benefit From A Survey”.

What if I have some questions to ask
before I commit to conducting a PSS Survey?

Easy! Send them our way! We would never encourage anyone to make such an investment in their practice, if we weren’t completely confident they would benefit from the experience. We have put a lot of information throughout this web site, and therefore ask that you read as much as you can here before you call us. The page titled, ‘Index Of All Pages’ may be useful for you.

Are there any Guarantees?

Simply put, no. This may seem like a harsh response; however, PSS cannot easily measure the level of success any practice may enjoy, or measure the increased levels of patient interest or awareness. Neither could PSS predict when a referral or reactivation will occur. PSS is an information gatherer for you and you make all the decisions based on this information – we do not make them for you. In summary, it’s all up to you. We have seen many reactivations and referrals that are attributed to conducting the Practice Survey. Also, we have had doctors indicate they have improved their new patient processing procedures based on the information received from their New Patient Survey. Again, how you respond to the information we gather is entirely up to you.
