We create a customized survey which
aligns your short-term and long-term goals.
Then we gather patient opinion and information to assist in your
achievement of these goals.
Our Survey Method consists of:
- focused survey to targeted patient
categories;
- detailed collection/individual
evaluation of patient comments; and,
- recommended activities to increase
the true level of Quality in your practice!
This sequence of events generates
patient reactivations and referrals
What
We Don’t Do
We are not a “Management”
or “Consultant” organization. We are an agent for information
gathering, You are the decision maker. Even if you don't perform
any of the recommended activities, you will benefit from the reactivations
and referrals just from conducting our survey. We will provide plenty
of information to make an informed decision regarding your practice
and growth.
We work with a variety of “Practice Consultants.” The
information gathered by the PSS Survey Method is extremely valuable!
It is quite possible a “Coach” or “Mentor”
can affect even greater use of the information from the PSS Survey.
Once your practice is evaluated, and only upon your request, we
will provide a recommended Consultant.

have a strong focus on their patient's expectations, those patients
realize a greater benefit from their services and, in turn, will
return for further care. These same satisfied patients will be comfortable
in referring their family, friends, and co-workers for a similar
level of care.

Goals are centered on helping you have a stronger practice because
we know
the services you provide are very significant in the lives of your
patients.
If a patient believes they received poor
service, they become a ‘Counter Marketing Device’ -
which has an immeasurable negative affect! Knowing your patients’
expectations is vital to reducing and eliminating Counter Marketing
Devices in your practice.
Every practice is constantly

a steppingstone for where we will be tomorrow! Our survey will give
you the information you must have
to make practice decisions for your growth and ability to continue
to serve your patients.
We encourage you to pick
up any textbook on Management (and many on Organizational Leadership);
or, Listen to any Management Coach; or, Study the great minds of
Deming, Drucker, and even Churchill and Sun Tzu! Research the true
meaning of Quality. Discover the great losses occurred in wasted
Time, Energy, and Financial Resources. All of these have a common
thread. You will find a common message regarding Success in any
organization. A required task!

to find out as much information as they can from existing

There are numerous ‘Marketing Guides’. Some stress the
use of 80% of an organization’s
advertising budget to be utilized to communicate with current and
past Customers (Patients). The organization’s challenge is

If not, an organization cannot refine their services to meet (or
