Then we gather patient opinion and information to assist in your achievement of these goals.
Our Survey Method consists of:

  • focused survey to targeted patient categories;
  • detailed collection/individual evaluation of patient comments; and,
  • recommended activities to increase the true level of Quality in your practice!

This sequence of events generates patient reactivations and referrals

What We Don’t Do
We are not a “Management” or “Consultant” organization. We are an agent for information gathering, You are the decision maker. Even if you don't perform any of the recommended activities, you will benefit from the reactivations and referrals just from conducting our survey. We will provide plenty of information to make an informed decision regarding your practice and growth.

We work with a variety of “Practice Consultants.” The information gathered by the PSS Survey Method is extremely valuable! It is quite possible a “Coach” or “Mentor” can affect even greater use of the information from the PSS Survey. Once your practice is evaluated, and only upon your request, we will provide a recommended Consultant.
